ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

INTRODUCTION
This Internet Banking Service Agreement and Disclosure is between the customer and First United National Bank for all Internet Banking Services. This agreement is provided according to the requirements of federal and state law. First United National Bank is referred to as, "we", "us" and "our" in this agreement. The account owner and anyone you authorize to use your Internet Banking service is referred to as "you" and "your". Please read this agreement carefully. It establishes your rights and obligations should you register for First United National Bank's Internet Banking Service.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
In order to use First United National Bank's Internet Banking Service you must, at your own expense, acquire the necessary telephone lines, Internet or other connections and equipment needed to access our Internet Banking website. The minimum requirements for your personal computer are:
a. A browser that uses 128 bit encryption (e.g., Internet Explorer 7 or 8 or Firefox 2.0 through 4.0).
b. You must have the capability to print from your Internet web browser.
c. You must have an email address to receive general communication.
d. In the event of a change in hardware or software requirements, we will provide to you:
1. A notice of the revised hardware and software requirements for access to and retention of the electronic records, and
2. The opportunity to withdraw consent without having to pay a fee for withdrawal and without having any conditions or consequences imposed that were not disclosed.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Your submission of the electronic enrollment form for this Internet Banking Service is your acknowledgement that you have received and accept the terms of this agreement electronically, you meet the minimum system requirements and that you consent to receiving this and all other communications electronically. If you consent to receiving communication electronically, you can withdraw your consent at any time by calling 814-354-7311 or by writing the address above. There will be no charge if you choose to withdraw your consent. However, we will terminate your use of Internet Banking Service immediately. The agreement may be amended at our discretion. Because of information security concerns, we will not send confidential information to you via E-mail (e.g., Only partial account numbers will be used). Accordingly, we DO NOT recommend that you use E-mail to send confidential information to us. Print and retain a copy of this Agreement for your files. If you would like a copy of this agreement sent to you, please contact us using the above telephone number or address and we will mail a copy to you.

DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of this agreement, the following definitions apply to these terms:
Account or Bank Account-your Deposit Account(s) and Credit Account(s)
Business Day-every day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
Credit Account-any Loan account you have with us
Deposit Account-any Checking, Money Market, Savings, or Certificate of Deposit you have with us
Direct Ownership-the owner(s) of the account funds
Transfer Cutoff Time-4:00 pm Eastern Time on any Business Day and is the time by which you must transmit Transfer Instructions in order for such transfer to be considered entered on that particular Business Day
Transfer Instructions-the instructions given by you to transfer funds between your Accounts

ENROLLING FOR THIS SERVICE
You must be a Direct Owner of a bank account with First United National Bank and be 18 years of age to use the Internet Banking Service.
To subscribe, complete the enrollment form at www.fun-bank.com.

YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD
You will be assigned a one time user id and password, which will be mailed to you in separate letters. You will be prompted to change both of these the first time you sign on. Your User ID and Password are the agreed upon security method between you and the bank. KEEP THIS INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL. Should others know this information, they will have complete access to your Accounts. If you forget your password, you may go to Password Help, answer two questions and reset your password. Important: Your password will need reset after three faulty attempts to sign on. If you do nothing, it will automatically reset at 3:30 am or you may call the bank during regularly scheduled banking hours to have it reset for you.

USING THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE
You agree to:
Properly safeguard your User Id and Password
Never leave your computer unattended while using the Internet Banking Service
Always exit the Internet Banking Service after using the Internet Banking Service

PERMISSIBLE ACTIVITIES FOR BANK ACCOUNTS
You may use Internet Banking Services to access your account(s) by logging onto our website at www.fun-bank.com. Some of these services may not be available. Please read this agreement and disclosure in its entirety. It explains your rights and obligations. You may use this Internet Banking Service to transfer funds between your accounts whenever you request transfers from:
checking to checking
checking to statement savings
statement savings to checking
statement savings to statement savings
checking to loan account(s) with us (You can make regular payments only)
Inquire on:
The account balance of checking account(s)
The last 90 days deposits and withdrawals to and from checking accounts
The account balances of statement savings account(s)
The last 90 days deposits and withdrawals to and from statement savings accounts
The account balances of Certificate of Deposit account(s)
The last 12 months of activity on Certificate of Deposit accounts
The account balances of loan account(s)
The last 12 months of activity on loan accounts
Inquiries on Safe Deposit Account(s)

TRANSFERRING FUNDS
You must submit all Transfer Instructions before the Transfer Cutoff Time on the particular business day. Transfers made before 4:00 pm Monday through Friday on regular Business Days will be considered completed on that day. Transfers made after 4:00 pm Monday through Friday on regular Business Days will be considered completed the next Business day. Any transfers made on non-Business Days will be considered completed the next Business Day.

LIMITATIONS ON TRANSACTIONS
You may transfer up to an amount equal to the available balance in your bank account.

CORRECTING OR REVERSING YOUR TRANSFER
You may not cancel or change one-time transfers once they have been transmitted to us. Transfers scheduled to be completed in the future may be cancelled up until 4:00 pm of the previous day that the scheduled transfer is to occur.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make:
a. Where it is necessary for completing transfers
b. In order to verify the existence and condition of your account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant
c. In order to comply with government agency or court orders as explained in the separate Privacy Disclosure.

YOUR LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE
Consumer liability - Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your User ID/Password has been lost or stolen. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). If you believe your User ID/Password has been lost or stolen, and you tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your User ID/Password without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your User ID/Password and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your User ID/Password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods. Contact us in event of an unauthorized transfer if you believe your User ID/Password has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission. Call or write us at the telephone number or address listed in this disclosure.

If you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt, please contact us as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
-Tell us your name and account number.
-Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information.
-Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error.
If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account. For errors involving new accounts, point-of-sale, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. Your account is considered a new account for the first 30 days after the first deposit is made, unless you already have an established account with us before the account is opened. We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

OUR LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO TRANSFER FUNDS
Financial institution's liability - If we do not complete a transfer to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:
-If, through no fault of ours, you do not have enough money in your account to make the transfer.
-There may be other exceptions stated in our agreement with you.
-The transfer would exceed the credit limit on your overdraft line of credit tied to your Checking Account with us.
-You did not properly follow the provisions of this Agreement or the online instructions for the Internet Banking Service.
-Your computer, the software, phone lines, our computer systems or the Internet Banking Service were not working properly or were temporarily unavailable, and this problem was apparent to you when you attempted the transfer or you were advised by the Internet Banking Service about the malfunction before you executed the transaction.
-Circumstances beyond our control prevented the transfer despite reasonable precautions that we have taken. Such circumstances include telecommunication outages, postal strikes, fires, floods and other natural disasters.
-We have paid funds from, or placed a "hold" on funds in, your Account or remitted funds to another party, pursuant to reasonable business procedures, or in compliance with legal processes such as a garnishment, tax levy or court order.
-We have received incomplete or inaccurate information from you involving the Account with respect to a transfer.
-We have a reasonable basis to believe that unauthorized use of your User ID, Password or Account has occurred or may be occurring.
-We or you have terminated your Internet Banking Service or closed your Account to which the User ID was linked.
There may be other exceptions stated in this Agreement or any other agreement we have with you.

RELATED AGREEMENTS
The terms and agreements given to you when opening other First United National Bank accounts remain in effect and apply to the Internet Banking Service.

TERMINATING THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE
We reserve the right to end this Agreement at our sole discretion and without giving notice to you. You may end this agreement by emailing us or sending written notification to the address listed in this disclosure.

AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at our sole discretion. If changes have an adverse affect upon you or we are otherwise required by applicable law or regulation, we will send you written notice about the change at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the effective date of any such change. Any changes we implement for security reasons will be made without any notice to you.

CHANGES IN INTERNET BANKING SERVICES
We reserve the right to change the services provided by the Internet Banking Service.

VIRUS PROTECTION
We are not responsible for any viruses that are downloaded to your computer. You should install a virus software package from a reputable software company, update it on a regular basis and routinely scan your system and storage devices for viruses. Undetected or unrepaired viruses may corrupt and harm your computer and files.

OUR LIABILITY
We are only liable as specified for in this Agreement or where the law requires a different standard. You agree that:
-Neither Fryburg Banking Company, INC., First United National Bank, nor any third party service providers engaged by First United National Bank to perform any of the services related to the Internet Banking Service, shall be responsible for any damages or losses, whether related to property or bodily injury, incurred as a result of your using or attempting to use the Internet Banking Service, whether caused by the equipment, software, Internet browser providers, such as Mozilla (Mozilla Firefox browser) or Microsoft(r) (Microsoft Internet Explorer browser), Internet access providers or on-line service providers or an agent or subcontractor of any of the foregoing.
-Neither Fryburg Banking Company, INC., First United National Bank, nor any third party service providers engaged by First United National Bank will be responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential, economic or other damages arising in any way out of the installation, use or maintenance of the equipment, software, the Internet Banking Service or Internet browser or access software, or from the unavailability of the Internet Banking Service or for any errors in information provided through the Internet Banking Service.
THIS AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE CONSTITUTES OUR TOTAL LIABILITY AND THE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO YOU. NO EVENT SHALL ALTER OUR LIABILTY TO INCLDE ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS (EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF) RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE INSTALLATION, USE, OR MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, AND THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE. THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS, AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CHARGES AND FEES
There is no monthly maintenance fee for our Internet Banking Service. However, other fees may apply as specified by agreements you have entered into with us for other banking account(s) that you have with First United National Bank. Additional incidental charges may include telephone access fees or fees assessed by your internet service provider.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND CHARGES
Standard Research fee of $20.00 per hour. A fee may also be charged for Stop Payments, Insufficient Funds or Overdrafts resulting from the Internet Banking Services. Refer to deposit disclosures for details.

ADDRESS OR BANKING CHANGES
We may rely on all the information you provided when enrolling for Internet Banking Services. You agree to notify in writing at the address above at least ten (10) Business Days in advance of any changes.

INFORMATION AUTHORIZATION
You agree that we may verify the information you provided when enrolling for Internet Banking Service. In the event that it is found inaccurate, we may deny you Internet Banking service.

ASSIGNMENT AND DELEGATION
You may not assign this Agreement or any part of this agreement to another person or entity. We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, or delegate any of our rights and responsibilities under this Agreement to any third party or entity.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, and the federal law of the United States if America.

SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Agreement be held to be void or unenforceable, that provision will be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intent of the Agreement, and the remaining portions shall remain in effect.
