By continuing with the Internet Banking Application you agree that you have read and understand the following Internet Banking Terms and Disclosures.
The Falls City National Bank (FCNB) Internet Banking Agreement and Disclosure governs your use of Internet Banking. Any reference to the following Agreement and Disclosure will be referred to as "Agreement". By using Internet Banking, you agree to all of the terms of this Agreement. Please read it carefully and keep a copy for your records.
You or Your - The person(s) subscribing to or using Internet Banking.
We, Us, or Our - Refers to The Falls City National Bank and any agent, independent contractor, designee, or assignee The Falls City National Bank may involve in the provision of Internet Banking.
Business Day - Any calendar day other than Saturday, Sunday, or any holidays recognized by The Falls City National Bank. Bill payments are processed on all business days that both the Federal Reserve Bank and the US Postal System are operating and open for business.
Business Day Cutoff - The Falls City National Bank's primary banking office is located in Falls City, Texas. For posting purposes, the bank will process all transactions completed by 3:00 PM central standard time. Transactions completed after 3:00 PM, including transfers, will be processed on the following business day.
Privacy Statement - The Falls City National Bank understands how important privacy is to our customers. We have taken steps to insure your security and privacy for your personal and financial dealings with the bank. Our customer privacy statement states:
Categories of Information We Collect
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
• Information we receive from you on applications and other forms;
• Information about your transactions with us, or others;
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
Categories of Information We May Disclose About You
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers, except as permitted by law.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Security is very important to the Internet Banking system. At the time you request the service, you may choose your own User ID and Password.
To help prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of your accounts, we will end your Internet Banking session if we have detected no activity for 10 minutes. This is to protect you in case you accidentally leave your computer unattended after you logged on. When you return to your computer, you will be prompted to re-enter your ID number and password.

Internet Banking and Your Liability
You must have a checking, savings, CD, or loan account at the Bank, a valid User ID and Password, access to the internet and a personal computer to use FCNB's Internet Banking services. To use the FCNB Internet Banking services and perform a transaction, enter your ID and Password at the "Login" screen. By using any of the Internet Banking services, you agree not to give or make available your User ID or Password to any person not authorized to access your account. If the accounts added to the service are jointly held or have multiple signers, you agree that access to the information and all transactions initiated by the use of your User ID and Password are authorized unless we have been notified in writing to cancel the service.
If you believe your User ID or Password have been lost or stolen or that someone has used them without your authorization, call us immediately at (830) 254-3573 during normal business hours. After hours you may e-mail us, or write us at The Falls City National Bank, P.O. Box 339, Falls City, Texas 78113. The quickest way of reducing your possible losses is to telephone the bank. When you e-mail, DO NOT include any of your account or social security numbers. Your name, address, and a brief message as to what the problem is will be sufficient.
Internet Funding Account
You may not transfer any funds from an account that requires more than one signature for withdrawals. You must be the owner of the account.
Transactions you can do
(A) Funds Transfers
You may make the following transactions:
• Make transfers between checking to checking, if authorized
• Make transfers between checking to savings, if authorized
• Make transfers between savings to checking, if authorized
• Make transfer between savings to savings, if authorized
(B) View Accounts
You may view all the accounts that are setup to be accessible.
• View account information
• View current transactions. This screen will show all transaction activity within the current statement cycle.
• View previous statements up to one year, once the history exists.
(C) Account Management
You may change your user id through Services>Change Info. You may change your password through Services>Change Password.
(D) Download Transactions
You can download transactions into a spreadsheet.
Limits on FCNB Internet Banking transactions
You must have available funds in any account from which you instruct us to make a transfer. If any of your qualifying accounts are money market OR savings accounts, certain types of withdrawals and transfers are limited to a total of not more than 6 in any specified period. No more than 6 of these transfers may be made by check, draft (including electronic) or debit card payable to third parties. The specified period for money market accounts is the monthly statement period.
You also agree to the "Terms and Conditions of Your Deposit Account" that you received when you opened your deposit account. You can request another disclosure at the time you fill out your Internet application.
Cancellation of Internet Banking
The Bank may terminate FCNB Internet Banking services in whole or in part at any time without prior notice. The Bank reserves the right to limit or suspend your access to the FCNB Internet Banking services at any time.
Business Days/Hours of Operation
The Bank's business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays on which the Bank is closed. FCNB Internet Banking, however, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance periods. All transactions initiated after the Bank's cutoff time, which is 3:00 p.m., will be processed on the next business day. Holidays are not included.
There is no fee charged by the Bank for accessing or using FCNB Internet Banking services. You agree to pay the Bank the applicable service fees for other services that pertain to your account type, as specified in the " Truth In Savings Disclosure," and authorize the Bank to deduct the service fees from your designated account at the end of each statement cycle.
Our Liability for Failure to complete a Transfer
Upon following the correct procedures in transferring the correct amounts in a timely manner, we will be liable for any errors on our part in the transfer, but we will not be liable for any consequent, incidental or exemplary damages. We will not be liable for the following:
• If, through no fault of ours, you do not have enough available funds in the account from which a transfer is to be made, or if the account has been closed or is not in good standing, or if we reverse a transfer because of insufficient funds.
• If any transfer would go over the credit limit of any account.
• If your equipment or ours was not working properly and the breakdown should have been apparent to you when you attempted to conduct the transaction.
• If you have not given us complete, correct or current account number or other identifying information so that we can properly credit your account or otherwise complete the transaction.
• If you do not properly follow our instructions or you provide us with incorrect or inaccurate information or fail to correct or tell us about any inaccuracy of which you are aware.
• If you do not instruct us soon enough for your transfer to be received and credited by the time it is due.
• If the money in the account from which a transfer is to be made is subject to legal process or other claim that restricts the transaction.
• If circumstances or persons beyond our control prevent, delay, intercept or alter the transaction, despite reasonable precautions that we have taken.
CONSUMER COMPLAINT PROCESS
The Falls City National Bank is subject to regulatory oversight by the Office of the Comptroller of Currency. Any consumer wishing to file a complaint against The Falls City National Bank should contact the Office of the Comptroller of Currency through one of the means indicated below:
